Factory capabilities

Built around plus size fit, repeatable samples and private label execution.

Wide calf size development

We coordinate ankle, calf, foot and leg-length measurements instead of enlarging only the foot size. Buyer-defined size charts can be sampled before bulk production.

Compression construction

Graduated support, open toe, zipper, nurse, travel and athletic directions can be developed around the target use, pressure request and wear experience.

Yarn and material planning

Regular nylon, polyester and spandex blends are available, with bamboo fiber, merino wool, COOLMAX and other custom yarn directions for different markets.

Colors, patterns and logos

Solid colors, jacquard patterns, private label logos and coordinated multi-pair packs can be prepared according to brand artwork and sales channel.

Packaging and labels

Clear bags, size stickers, printed pouches, retail boxes, care cards, barcodes, carton marks and Amazon FBA labels can be organized for the confirmed order.

Sampling and order follow-up

We keep product specifications, approved samples and packaging requirements aligned from inquiry through bulk production and shipment preparation.

Material integrity

Nylon should be identified as nylon, and polyester should be identified as polyester.

Finished nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex compression socks can look similar in online photos. For wholesale buyers, unclear fiber claims can affect cost, hand feel, moisture behavior, durability expectations and retail labeling.

We record the buyer-approved yarn composition in the sample and production specification. We do not describe polyester content as nylon, and we do not replace a buyer-specified nylon construction with polyester without written approval. Fiber-content documents or third-party testing can be arranged when required.

Factory FAQ

Questions buyers ask before sampling.

What is the composition of your in-stock compression socks?

Our current in-stock compression socks are clearly specified as 65.00% nylon, 30.00% polyester and 5.00% spandex. We do not describe the polyester portion as nylon.

Can you customize bamboo fiber, merino wool or COOLMAX?

Yes. Bamboo fiber, merino wool, COOLMAX and other buyer-defined yarn blends can be developed according to season, comfort, target cost, retail positioning and testing requirements.

How do you control nylon and polyester claims?

The approved fiber blend is recorded in the sample and production specification. Material substitution requires buyer approval, and third-party fiber-content testing can be arranged when needed.

What are the MOQ and lead times?

Custom orders start from 200 pairs per style. Samples usually take 3-5 days. Regular bulk production usually takes 15-20 days after confirmation; special yarns, complex patterns or packaging may need longer.
